Our secret warishita sauce simmers fragrantly over the heavy heat of Nambu ironware. Enjoy a blissful moment as the high-quality marbled Miyazaki beef and Matsusaka beef melt, blending their rich, sweet fat with a rich beaten egg.
A brief dip in the exquisite dashi broth, carefully prepared by our chefs. The fine marbling of Miyazaki beef and Matsusaka beef gently melts, filling your mouth with the natural sweetness and savory flavor of the meat.
Our deep, mild, special paitan miso broth features tender, sweet, selected domestic beef offal and plenty of vegetables. Enjoy the rich flavor dissolved in the soup, all the way to the final champon noodles.
A special soup blending aromatic Japanese dashi with selected spices. The rich sweetness and savory flavor of Seto Momiji pork melt into the broth, making the final ramen noodles that soak up every last drop exceptionally delicious.
Enjoy the juicy, flavorful Choshu chicken and the crunchy texture of chicken cartilage meatballs. Choose between a rich "Spicy Chige" or a mild "Japanese Soy Sauce" broth, both designed to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
